She was a driving force<br>in the Confidential Committee serving as Chair and contributed greatly to the Commission overall.<br>Her major impact on our investigations was only one element of the extensive child and social care<br>responsibilities Norah undertook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Norah was hard-working and dedicated and she was a pleasure to work with as a colleague.
