Annual Report of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse in accordance with section 22 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014
Under section 22 of the protected Disclosures Act. 2014 each public body is required to publish an annual report setting out the number of protected disclosures received in the preceding year and the action taken (if any).
This is the ninth annual report of the Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse and it covers the period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.
There have been no protected disclosures made to the Chairperson of the Commission under section 8 of the Protected Disclosures Act 2014 in the period covered by this report.
